I got theXL. I'm 5'10 195 pounds and it's ok. I'm very large chested to I could use an XXL but this works because it's so stretchy.I wear it out, I wear it at night over a nightgown, I wear it over a tank top with shorts, it's very usuable and it's an unusual material which makes it look more expensive.
